Shipping & Delivery

One of our goals at Lumili is to ensure all orders are attended to swiftly and accurately. Pre-orders commence once a product is announced.

Canada, US & International Orders

All our products are currently shipped from Vancouver, Canada. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address submitted, the customer must pay for the item to be re-shipped.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout based on geographical location. International orders may also be subject to duties or customs fees, and this is unfortunately out of our control, so it will be up to the customer to assume this cost.

Returns

All sales are final and we unfortunately don't accept returns at this time due to the nature of our products.

However, if you received a defective item or it was damaged during shipment, please send a photo to "lerit@leritgimsay.com" with your order number and a description of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your item and we will happily provide a replacement subject to approval.

Lumili offers a limited warranty against defects in materials but it does not cover damages from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every Lumili product.
